2011: End of Year Message

Dear Members and Friends of UNYANET,

A very successful year for international young volunteers has come to an end. After several months of development and discussions, representatives from 11 associations met August 2011 in Vienna to establish UNYANET. Since then, all at this event established working groups are planning several projects. Regular online meetings were organised to share news and knowledge among the member associations and together with UNYA-Switzerland, UNYANET has successfully held its first event, a Media Worshop in November. Furthermore we managed to get some stong partners; Besides UNIS Geneva and UNIS Vienna, Adobe is supporting UNYANET with a conference server and we are in close contact with other supporters for the upcoming projects.

For 2012, we are planing quite a lot of smaller and bigger projects and the YPCS/GA 2012 has to be planed as well. Information will be published as soon as they are available. Meanwhile, we wish all of you a good start into the new year.

Daniel & Michael

Your Page – Your News – Your Events

Your Website – Your News – Your Events

This is the most important aspect of our website: the possibility to add news and events by our member associations. We encourage all of you to write news and add events to share your efforts, projects and ideas with other members and people that are interested in our work.
